About Uncommon Music

Uncommon Music began with an orchestral score to a movie that never got made. The picture might not have made it, but the music was too beautiful to ignore– and there was a demand for it. Demand for other types of music followed. We grew. But we grew organically, pulling in the talents of other composing artists, each of them working in different fields and music genres.

• Our music is broadcast in over 70 countries. Clients include Fox Searchlight, Viacom, ABC, The Disney Channel, Disney Junior, VH1, Warner Bros, Universal, Microsoft, Marvel, and PBS.
• We are exclusive. You won’t find this music in a dozen different libraries.
• Uncommon owns all the rights to all the music in our catalog. So when you license a piece of music from us, you get original music that’s easy to clear.
